1. General:

By placing an order with Cakeville Inc. (Corporation No. 1505679-9), you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all orders placed through our website, by phone, or via any social media channel.

2. Orders & Confirmation:

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. An order is only confirmed after you receive a written confirmation from Cakeville via email or WhatsApp. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

3. Deposits:

A deposit of 50% of the total order value is required to confirm your order. The deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. The remaining balance is due upon pickup or delivery. Cakeville reserves the right to cancel any unconfirmed order for which no deposit has been received.

4. Cancellations:

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery date. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will forfeit the deposit. To cancel an order, contact us at cakeville82@gmail.com or +1 (437) 982-8276.

5. Order Changes:

Any changes to your order must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery date. Changes requested less than 48 hours in advance cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to additional charges.

6. Refunds:

We take great pride in the quality of our cakes. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your cake with photos of the issue. Refunds or replacements are offered at the sole discretion of Cakeville and only in cases where the cake does not match the agreed design or has a quality defect. No refunds are issued for change of mind, incorrect information provided by the customer, or cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance.

7. Delivery:

We offer delivery across Ontario. Delivery fees are calculated based on distance and will be communicated to you at the time of order confirmation. Cakeville is not responsible for any damage to the cake after it has been delivered and accepted by the customer or their representative.

8. Allergen Disclaimer:

Our products are made in a kitchen that handles eggs, dairy, nuts, and gluten. While we offer specialty options including eggless, keto, lactose-free, and nut-free cakes, we cannot guarantee a fully allergen-free environment. Customers with severe allergies are advised to inform us before placing an order and proceed at their own risk.

9. Intellectual Property:

All cake designs, photos, and content on cakeville.ca are the property of Cakeville Inc. and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability:

Cakeville’s liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

11. Governing Law:

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
